Coaching

  • In this option I will meet with you once a month for 60 minutes. The focus will be your personal and professional growth, as I see them as one.

    We will identify your strengths and discuss the challenges you are facing. Together we will work on helping you develop growth-oriented solutions. I am not available beyond that one hour per month.

    All sessions are held over zoom unless you live in Missoula, MT than they can be face to face.

Consultive

  • In addition to everything under Advisory, I am available to review materials we discuss, assist you in questions you have during the month, send you resources I find that are supportive and valuable to your growth.

Collaborative

  • In addition to everything in Coaching, Consultive, I am available to review materials we discuss, assist you in questions you have during the month, send you resources I find that are supportive and valuable to your coaching, design processes for meetings you are leading. You can also request an add-on option for me to co-facilitate 2 one-hour growth oriented meetings with you and your team for the purpose of team cohesion and cultural development.

Rachel is here to assist you in developing your leadership skills. She believes leadership is not a “position”, but rather a way of “being.”
With real world leadership experience and expertise in emotional intelligence backed by behavioral science, she helps individuals, teams and organizations improve their communication, engagement levels, resiliency and impact. Rachel brings resources that help you manage the most challenging part of leadership: motivating teams, feeling overwhelmed and keeping your organizational culture healthy.

We all benefit from support and an outside ear or advisor can help you navigate the intricacies of leading a team.  She will help you prioritize, process and match your needs with the expertise she brings from her 25 years of working with individuals, teams and organizations. She doesn’t use a formulaic process with each person or an assessment tool but instead she listens with an open mind and works closely with you to smoothly navigate the challenges you face.
